Application

The device is designed for welding cardboard labels on packed products.

Principle of operation

 Using suction cups, the label is taken from the feeder, after placing the package and pressing the pedal by the employee, the label is welded. In addition, the presence of the package is checked by a photoelectric sensor.

We don't use any staples! 

Product characteristics:

• manual re-sucking of labels;
• control designed for ease of use - start, stop, manual control and signaling reset fulfilled by means of two start-stop buttons.

The device is adapted to work in the food industry. It has a compact design to facilitate cleaning, the body is made of acid-resistant steel, and the individual elements are selected to ensure durability in difficult working conditions.
